Chris Schuler
Director of Operations
Chris has been involved in the skilled trades since 2006, beginning his career as a welder. Along with production experience, he spent over 10 years in skilled trades education working as a Welding Instructor, Regional Director of Training, and most recently serving as Campus President. Mr. Schuler also holds a Bachelor of Science Business Management from Western Governors University. With his industry knowledge, emphasis on employee retention/development and pursuit of helping people, Mr. Schuler has helped to establish Skilled Trades Specialists as the premier provider of quality tradespeople in the Tulsa area.
Eric Tomlinson
Director of Quality Assurance
Eric began his career in the skilled trades as a welder in 2003. After establishing himself as a multi-coded welder, Mr. Tomlinson began a career as a Certified Welding Inspector and later opened his own Pipe/Pressure Vessel Shop and Industrial Staffing Company. For the past 6 years he has been passing his knowledge to the next generation of industry professionals as an instructor teaching an Associate Degree program covering Metallurgy, Quality Management, and Nondestructive testing methods. Eric utilizes his wealth of knowledge to ensure Skilled Trades Specialists identifies and prepares quality candidates to fulfill the client’s needs.
