Keep things up to date! Ensure work history and locations are accurate.

Highlight any pertinent skills, best weld processes, efficiency metrics, and large projects completed.

Format the resume clearly and concisely. Do not list long paragraphs or unnecessary storytelling. Supervisors want to find the important information easily. Supervisors want to find the important information easily; they don't want to read a story to get the details.
